Walmart Dallas Store is hiring a Customer Service and Supervisory Associate to deliver exceptional member service and maintain retail operations on the sales floor.

You will guide customers, assist with purchases, coordinate tasks with team members, uphold safety standards, and ensure merchandising is well displayed and stocked. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within Walmart.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months retail experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to supervise associates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge members and identify needs to guide self-service tech.
• Assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Supervise associates, assign duties and provide coaching.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of the sales floor.
