Formación

• Minimum 6 months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, and assisting with purchases.
• Supervise associates as needed, assign duties, train staff, and support open-door policy.
• Receive, stock, and merchandise floor; maintain displays and paperwork per policy.
• Ensure safety by performing safety sweeps and following forklift and hazardous material procedures.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation; handle returns, pricing, and signage.
• Lead teams and coordinate work to meet timelines and quality.
• Oversee club pick-up orders and ensure proper staging.
• Promote Walmart and Sam's Club products and services; uphold ethics and integrity.
