Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; guiding on self-service tech; assisting with purchases; locating merchandise; resolving issues; promoting Walmart products and services.
• Help supervise associates, assign duties, train, give feedback, and ensure policy compliance; support Open Door Policy; participate in recruiting, scheduling, and coaching.
• Receive and stock supplies; merchandise floor organization; documentation and logs; ensure safety and proper handling of materials.
• Maintain store safety and code/date recalls; perform safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions; forklift safety and hazardous materials handling.
• Maintain merchandise presentation; zone, stock, price, and sign merchandise; manage returns and damaged goods; reduce shrink and protect fragile items.
• Monitor product quality and sanitation; ensure rotation, recalls, and category organization; manage cleanliness and displays.
• Lead and participate in teams; allocate resources; meet timelines and quality; adapt to change and support colleagues.
• Oversee club pickup order picking and staging; ensure compliance with policy.
• Develop processes with managers and partners; analyze data; identify improvements.
