Responsibilities

• Engage peers to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.
• Communicate with team and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach teammates to exceed sales goals.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Assist with department scheduling to improve engagement and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness and monitor rotation and dating policies.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and displays when applicable.
• Operate a register and cash handling when needed.
• Participate in period end inventories when applicable.
