The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager at our Fort Wayne store to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure pricing accuracy, promotional execution, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory management. Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, coordinating with store leadership, and coaching team members to maintain store

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and ensure adherence to SOPs and company standards.
• Strong execution of merchandising plans and inventory routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and customer-ready environment.
