Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store operations.

You will lead truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards, ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotions while maintaining a customer-ready store environment. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, staff development, MOD coverage, and optimizing in-store processes to maximize sales and shrink control.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong understanding of inventory controls and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Oversee planogram sets and visual standards to ensure pricing and promotions are accurate.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes for accurate stock movement.
