3+ years retail leadership experience.

Proven ability to manage inventory, pricing, promotions and store conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in SOPs adherence and company programs.
Ensure SOPs and standards execution with accountability.
Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and stock flow to floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines.
Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
Support a clean, organized and customer-ready store environment, including backroom and sales floor recovery.
Manage inventory control, stock movement, pricing changes and promotional signage.
Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving with accuracy.
Manage shrink reduction and asset protection practices.
Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
