You will manage coverage based on customer flow and demand to support sales and margins. The role collaborates with store leadership, the District Manager, and Area support staff to achieve service, sales, and operational objectives, with opportunities to rotate through Specialty and Operations for development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading associates in a retail environment.
• Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• 1 year of manager-on-duty responsibilities overseeing daily store operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and schedules to match customer flow and demand.
• Protect safety and ensure store is clean, stocked, and safe.
• Lead a team to meet sales and margin goals while improving store operations.
