Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and manage merchandise across assigned retail locations. You will coordinate with store teams, travel within a region, and use a company mobile app to report results.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising exposure, strong communication, and reliable transportation. A valid driver’s license and a personal smartphone are required for work communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store staff to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the company mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
