Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display merchandise at assigned retail stores. You will work with store teams, travel within a region, and use a mobile app to report results and updates.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver’s license and access to a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or merchandising preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
