Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to various stores and collaborate with store teams during peak periods and special projects.

Candidates must have a smartphone, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.
Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
English proficiency to communicate with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the mobile app.
Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
Provide excellent customer service and present a professional image.
Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
Travel to multiple store locations within a designated region.
