Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products across assigned retail locations. You will travel within a region, work with store teams, and use a mobile app to communicate and report results.

Flexibility to travel, reliable transportation, and strong communication are essential. Prior retail merchandising experience is preferred but not required; drivers license and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete visits and projects on time and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
