Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking and displaying products, coordinating with store teams, and traveling to various locations during peak periods and special projects. A personal smartphone and valid driver’s license are required.

You will report to store personnel, complete visits, and use the mobile app to document results, while delivering exceptional customer service and professional representation at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own a smartphone with data plan and valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the company mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
