Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed. You will travel to multiple store locations, work with store teams, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods or special projects.

You will need access to a personal smartphone and a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan for work-related tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English required for customer/cowork communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to company and client guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the company mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated region.
