Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, organize, and display merchandise across multiple retail locations. You will communicate with store teams, complete visits on time, and support promotional displays using our mobile app.

Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to travel within a designated region. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with a data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English conversational proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the company mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a region.
