Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock, display, and manage products in assigned retail stores. You will work with store teams, travel to locations, and use a smartphone app to report results.

Must have access to a personal smartphone and a valid driver's license. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and benefits for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone and data plan.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to travel to store locations within a region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Coordinate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete visits and projects and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide professional customer service and represent the company.
• Troubleshoot issues with store management and displays.
• Travel between multiple store locations as assigned within the area.
