Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute client standards and drive sales. You will work under the Market Sales Manager with daily guidance from the Territory Sales Lead, building rapport with store personnel and educating staff on product lines.

The role requires physical ability, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Benefits and a competitive hourly rate are provided.

• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and move between locations

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store staff and management daily
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and products
• Execute tasks, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations
• Merchandise projects to maintain account aesthetics and compliance
• Know and follow company policies
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities
• Use handheld device functions confidently
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information
