Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and coordinate with the Market Sales Manager and Territory Sales Lead. You will build rapport with store staff, educate on brands, and ensure displays meet client expectations.

You will also handle merchandising projects, maintain account aesthetics, and communicate opportunities daily. Flexibility includes nights and weekends; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier items.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and delivery.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Know and use handheld device functions effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
