Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is looking for a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards and drive sales across assigned locations. You will work under the Market Sales Manager while coordinating daily with the Territory Sales Lead to maximize opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires physical mobility, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a high school diploma. Valid driver’s license and access to a computer are needed to perform responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and travel to other locations as needed.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy to meet client expectations and account aesthetics.
• Report activities and opportunities to Territory Sales Lead daily.
• Use handheld devices proficiently and protect confidentiality.
