Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards and drive in-store sales across assigned locations. You will coordinate daily with the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager, educate staff and customers on product features, and ensure accurate execution of tasks and displays.

The role requires physical work, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a valid driver's license for travel, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and staff on brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Know company policies in detail.
• Report daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
