Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is looking for a Sales Merchandiser to execute standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations across assigned accounts. You will work under the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination with the Territory Sales Lead.

The role emphasizes building relationships with store personnel, educating on client brands, and thorough merchandising of displays with a flexible schedule—nights, overnights, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier loads.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers on brand features and benefits.
• Execute merchandising tasks and displays with accuracy.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
