Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager with daily input to the Territory Sales Lead, building strong relationships and ensuring accurate, high-quality displays across accounts.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility to work nights and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and basic tech access.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; may lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license required as travel may be necessary.
• Must have access to a computer, Internet, printing capabilities, and e‑mail.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics and deliver above-average execution compliance.
• Follow company policies and communicate activities daily to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
