Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. This position reports to the Market Sales Manager and communicates daily with the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store personnel, educating customers on brand features, and merchandising projects with accuracy to outperform client expectations. A flexible schedule and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required as travel to locations may be necessary.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier items.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and deliver strong execution.
