Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in Texas to execute merchandising standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination from the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store personnel, educate customers on brand features, and manage displays, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle occasional 100 lb lifts with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands.
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain account aesthetics and deliver above-average project execution.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
