Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store personnel, educating staff on product features, and executing displays with precision while upholding confidentiality and company policies. Flexible schedules and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects and product up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing or walking.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to additional locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy.
