Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC, is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations under supervision of the Market Sales Manager with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead.

The role emphasizes building rapport with store personnel, educating customers on brand features, and completing merchandising tasks with accuracy. A flexible schedule and physical requirements are noted, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy by following provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and deliver above-average project execution.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and sales opportunities, and report needs to Market Sales Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
