Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in Texas to execute company standards, build retailer relationships, and drive in-store results. You will educate store personnel about brands, perform merchandising tasks, and maintain high-quality displays across locations.

This role requires physical lift ability, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a preference for customer service or sales experience. Benefits are available for full-time and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and delivery of quality execution.
• Know and follow all company policies; report activities to Territory Sales Lead daily.
