Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to help maximize inventory, stock displays, and support both in-store and online order fulfillment. You will welcome customers, offer product guidance, and uphold safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays and end caps.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws and store policies.
• Perform cross-functional duties and load/deliver orders as needed.
