Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team-oriented associate to lead a positive customer and brand experience at our San Luis store. You will process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and support sales targets while maintaining the sales floor and adhering to safety standards.

This role requires English proficiency, being at least 18, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, and supports sales goals.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods, and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per floorwork and standard operating procedures.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and assists customers as needed.
• Adheres to safety rules and uses required safety equipment; reports hazards.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and may lift, bend, push, or maneuver items.
• Represents Goodwill Core Values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
