Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience, processing donated merchandise for sale at GCNA locations. You will help ensure accurate pricing, ticketing, and compliance with safety and store standards.

The role requires the ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis, with emphasis on reliability and teamwork to support community impact through Goodwill’s mission.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation of property.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation according to standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Follow safety rules and use equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
