Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a store associate to process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and assist customers with a focus on delivering an excellent brand experience. You will work as part of the store team to promote sales and support community impact.

The role requires the ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks, maintain safety, and uphold Goodwill core values.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting quota and sell-thru targets.
• Maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguard company property and report theft or misappropriation.
• Keep sales floor and workstation organized per standards.
• Stock merchandise in assigned areas.
• Identify hazardous materials and communicate with leadership.
• Follow safety rules and use proper equipment.
• Handle physically demanding tasks including lifting and bending.
• Demonstrate Goodwill Core Values in daily work.
