Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Fort Mohave, AZ, is seeking a Store Team Member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. You will process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and prepare them for sale across GCNA store locations.

The role requires ability to stand in a fast-paced environment, lift and move moderately heavy items, and comply with safety standards. A background check and drug screen may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota and sell-thru targets for the assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Keeps sales floor and work station tidy following floorwork standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Adheres to safety rules and uses appropriate safety equipment; reports hazards.
