Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona—Power & Broadway Store in Mesa, AZ—is hiring a Retail Merchandise Processor. This full-time role contributes to a positive customer and brand experience by processing donated merchandise, pricing, and ticketing to support sales.

You will stock, maintain the sales floor, report hazards, and follow safety rules in a fast-paced environment. Strong attendance, English literacy, and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting minimum quotas and sell-thru targets.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods, and reports theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation following floorwork and process maps.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and ensures proper placement.
• Identifies safety hazards and ensures compliance with safety protocols.
