Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

The role requires the ability to lift and work in a fast-paced setting, with regular attendance and commitment to Goodwill values. Background checks and drug screening may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and work station per standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Follow safety rules and use equipment as required.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
