Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member to lead a positive customer and brand experience at our store. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and help maintain an orderly sales floor.

The role requires the ability to lift and handle goods in a fast-paced environment, reliable attendance, and commitment to safety and Goodwill core values. Training and benefits are provided as part of the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports any incidents of theft or misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property.
• Maintains sales floor and work station per standards; stocks merchandise.
• Must lift, bend, push and manipulate objects as part of daily duties.
