Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member in Payson to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will process donated merchandise, price and ticket items, and help prepare goods for sale across GCNA locations.

The role requires reliable attendance, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a strong alignment to Goodwill core values.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Keeps sales floor and workstation organized per standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Assists leader if hazardous materials are found.
• Follows safety rules and uses safety equipment.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; capable of lifting and moving items.
