Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a team member to process merchandise, price and ticket items, and help keep the sales floor organized. The role requires reliable attendance and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will read and speak English, be 18+ years old, and pass background and drug screenings where applicable. A comprehensive Total Rewards package is provided after a short eligibility period.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and work station following standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Follow safety rules and use safety equipment; report hazards.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and lift/move items as required.
• Model Goodwill Core Values and perform related duties as assigned.
