Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is hiring a Merchandise Processor to join our Peoria store team. You will process donated merchandise, price and tag items, and help ensure an excellent customer and brand experience.

The role requires the ability to lift and move items in a fast-paced environment, reliable attendance, and compliance with safety and company policies. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package available after probation.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in designated areas.
• Identify hazardous materials and inform leadership.
• Follow safety rules and use safety equipment; report hazards.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; lift and move objects.
• Models Goodwill Core Values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
