Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Store Lead to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will process donated merchandise, price and tag items, and prepare stock for sale across GCNA store locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meets minimum quota, item per Gaylord, and sell thru set for assigned department.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods; reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and work station following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Follows safety rules and uses equipment; reports unsafe hazards.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; able to lift, bend, push, and manipulate objects.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
