Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team-minded associate to lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and maintain the sales floor in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas.
• Adheres to safety rules and uses appropriate safety equipment.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
