Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member in Phoenix to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales by processing donated merchandise for sale at GCNA store locations.

You will handle pricing, ticketing, and stocking while maintaining safety and following company standards. The role requires physical activity, regular attendance, and ability to pass a background check and, where applicable, a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, for sale.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation following standards and processes.
• Safeguards company property and reports any incidents of theft or unsafe conditions.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; able to lift, bend, push and maneuver objects.
• Delivers excellent customer and brand experience to support sales across GCNA locations.
