The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment. You will lead adherence to SOPs, manage floor leadership, and partner with store leadership to align staffing and daily tasks with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong inventory, pricing, and merchandising execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Maintain in-stock levels through Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines.
• Train, coach and develop team members across departments.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
