Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Assist Store Manager with adherence to SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes, unloading, sorting, and flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment, including backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and product placement at the store.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across the sales floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures to reduce shrink and ensure reporting.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through TM onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction.
