Digitas seeks a Senior Vice President–Head of Retail Media to lead the evolution of our Retail Commerce Media practice across major retailers. You will drive strategy, assemble and guide senior client teams, and partner with Publicis Media to deliver best-in-class tools and solutions.

As a strategic leader, you will own advisory relationships, shape annual plans, and ensure measurable business impact for Fortune 500 clients while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of digital media experience, with 10+ years in Retail Media.
• Proven success managing large-scale accounts and budgets.
• Experience leading development of social and digital campaigns and integrating them with other channels.
• Strong knowledge of omni-channel marketing and customer-led strategies.

• Lead the agency's Retail Commerce Media practice vision, roadmap, and growth.
