Job summary

The role requires a track record of managing sophisticated media programs, strong analytics, and the ability to navigate complex client portfolios within a modern agency.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of industry experience in digital media
• Proven track record of large-scale media buying across major platforms
• Strong analytics, attribution, and measurement expertise
• Ability to lead and grow teams in a dynamic agency environment
• Exceptional written and presentation communication with gravitas

Responsibilities

• Finalize media objectives and strategy documents for large campaigns
• Identify breakthrough ideas and expand client business
• Negotiate high-value and complex media packages
• Evaluate and present recommendations to clients
• Mentor and develop team members and drive growth
