Job summary

Dentsu International Americas is seeking a Senior Associate, Commerce & Retail Media in New York to support planning, execution, and ongoing management of retail media campaigns across a dynamic portfolio of advertisers. You will help ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and monitored with high-quality reporting.

The role offers hands-on experience across retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising while developing skills to grow within this evolving industry landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, eCommerce, retail media, paid search, programmatic, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of retail media campaigns, including setup, QA, launch, pacing, reporting, and optimization.
• Assist with campaign trafficking and implementation across retail media and digital platforms.
• Monitor pacing and performance, flag issues, and outline optimization opportunities to seniors.
• Support QA of campaign setup, assets, targeting, budgets, reporting, and launch readiness.
• Communicate updates and needs clearly to the broader team.
• Document key decisions and follow-ups in meetings.
