Job summary

Dentsu International in New Stream Media is seeking a Senior Associate to support planning, execution, and ongoing management of retail media campaigns across a dynamic portfolio of advertisers and brands. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, monitored effectively, and supported with high-quality reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, eCommerce, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of retail media campaigns, including setup, QA, launch, pacing, reporting, and optimization.
• Assist with campaign trafficking and implementation across retail media and digital platforms.
• Monitor pacing and performance, flag issues, and suggest optimizations to senior team members.
• Support QA of campaigns, including setup, creatives, targeting, budgets, reporting, and launch readiness.
• Communicate updates and needs clearly to the broader team.
• Document key decisions and action items in meetings.
