Job summary

Dentsu in Chicago is seeking a Senior Associate, Commerce & Retail Media to support planning, execution, and ongoing management of retail media campaigns for a portfolio of advertisers and brands.

You will work closely with senior team members to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, monitored effectively, and documented with high-quality reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising in a fast-changing landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Analytics or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, eCommerce, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration across teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions and learn.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of retail media campaigns including setup, QA, launch, pacing, reporting, and optimization.
• Assist with campaign trafficking and implementation across retail media and digital advertising platforms.
• Monitor pacing and performance, flag issues or optimization opportunities to senior team members.
• Support campaign QA, including reviewing setup, assets, targeting, budgets, reporting, and launch readiness.
• Communicate campaign updates and outstanding needs clearly to the broader team.
• Participate in team and campaign status meetings and document key decisions.
• Follow established processes and quality standards while identifying efficiency improvements.
• Build knowledge of retail media, eCommerce, and industry trends.
• Support ad hoc campaign and operational projects as needed.
