Job summary

Dentsu in New York is seeking a Manager for the Commerce & Retail Media team to lead paid media campaigns on Amazon Ads, DSPs and other retail networks. You will manage budgets, optimization, reporting and client communications to deliver insights and measurable results.

This role requires 2–3 years in ecommerce performance marketing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications

2–3 years digital performance marketing experience in ecommerce/retail with focus on Amazon Ads/DSP or other retail media.
Experience managing budgets and meeting KPI goals; familiarity with SaaS platforms like Pacvue/Skai.
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data for insights.
Enthusiasm for performance marketing and new ecommerce platforms.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage ongoing optimization to meet campaign goals, including budgets, bid management, and targeting.
Plan and execute retail media campaigns, including setup, builds, daily optimization and pacing.
Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Lead weekly client calls, delivering tactical updates and strategic guidance.
Collaborate across client teams and channels to drive results.
