You will lead staff selection, training, and performance reviews while maintaining planograms and company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, with responsibility for one or more departments. You will drive financial plans, customer satisfaction, and a legendary in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management, with responsibility for one or more Sales Departments.

Responsabilités

• Supervise one or more Sales Departments and manage staff development.
• Maintain planograms as directed by Corporate Office.
• Staff recruitment, interviews, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in buying decisions.
• Resolve customer and staff issues and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Op­erate store opening/closing and be Manager on Duty as assigned.
